We are excited to honor Jodi Henderson as our PC of the year.
Jodi is thoughtful and creative in her resident supports. She models Benco’s values in her strong communication with other members of the resident’s team, including her work site and her family. Jodi’s positivity and command of the position shine through in so many circumstances. Even on the hardest days, you will see her smiling!
When you are in Jodi’s presence, you can tell that she genuinely cares about her job and that her desire to serve radiates from her. We are so lucky to have Jodi as a Benco leader and appreciate the impact she has made!
